The charity aims to equip a new generation of leaders from regions of conflict with the relationships, understanding, and skills required to cultivate lasting peace. The organization has been providing exceptional young people and educators from regions of conflict with the otherwise impossible opportunity to meet their historic rivals in person and build positive, peaceful relationships. These critical relationships are strengthened through year-round local programs that focus on the core leadership capacities needed to advance peace. In addition, the organization offers more targeted programs and advanced skills training for youth as they move into their university years and adult life, with the aim of shifting the Middle East landscape of conflict and peace in the long run.

Photographer: The photographer will be expected to document the organization's main initiative; a three day summit for emerging leaders from the Middle East, South Asia and the United States who are engaged in conflict transformation and social change. The organization would like to have photographs not only of the event at large, but also photographs to complement and document individual participant stories. Following the event, the photographer will continue to document stories of impact amongst the organization’s program participants located in Israel and Palestine.
