This project aims to inform, support, and challenge young Africans to make safer decisions, through limiting the impact of HIV in their communities.  This is achieved through training and supporting African football coaches to deliver interactive HIV education through football coaching sessions to young people in their communities.  All the learning takes place on the pitch in a way that young people enjoy, remember and understand.

The organization has a strong base of football coaches in Mathare (one of Africa’s biggest slums) and Dagoretti, who deliver regular HIV education through football coaching activity to young people affected by urban poverty.   They are currently trialling a new programme where coaches have been trained to deliver pitchside HIV testing and counselling services, allowing young people to learn about HIV through football and then access medical services immediately should they choose to.
