A little bit about you:
I am a photographer, videographer and marine biologist who loves to inspire scientific inquiry through film and other visual mediums. I have a Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology from Dalhousie University and a graduate certificate in Environmental Visual Communication from Fleming College and the Royal Ontario Museum.

A little bit about your role at PWB:
My role involves managing all videos created by PWB while working hand in hand with other departments. This includes working with the editors to assemble the films, coordinating film releases, planning for future projects and submitting films to international festivals.

What's the best part of your job?
Getting to see the films in the editing stages long before they are released to the public.

When you are not working, what do you enjoy doing?
Watching too much TV or listening to musical soundtracks on repeat.

The best piece of advice I've ever been given is:
"Lean into fear" Find the opportunities than push your limits and use your fear as a motivator, not an obstacle. Magic happens when you step outside your comfort zone.

What are you most passionate about?
My greatest passion is the conservation of sharks. Shark populations are fundamental to the health of our oceans but these misunderstood creatures are in trouble due to human ignorance and fear.
