Job Description

Photographers Without Borders (PWB) is seeking a dynamic, engaging Operations Manager who will work closely with our talented team of Managers to ensure the day-to-day operations are taken care of and that short-term and long-term goals are being met. This is a part-time paid position based in Toronto.


Have at least 3 years experience managing people and teams. At least 3 years in operations management. Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field. Excellent organizational, project management and time management skills


  • Work closely with all PWB departments including HR, Marketing/Social Media, Editor, Post-Production, Grants, Campaigns to create results that match objectives.

  • Coordinate and facilitate weekly team meetings

  • Coordinate quarterly board meetings

  • Coordinate annual AGM

  • Set up and maintain work plans for all managers

  • Soliciting monthly reports from team members to ensure accountability and progress towards the organization's goals
