The Marketing Assistant is someone who is savvy with marketing, social media, graphic design, media relations, and building interpersonal relationships. The ideal candidate understands the PWB brand and is enthusiastic about communicating our work to our large audience.


  • Attend weekly meetings on Wednesdays at 6:30 pm

  • Implement marketing strategies

  • Help manage PWB social media accounts

  • Event planning

  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager

  • Build an online international community

  • Manage the PWB Ambassador Program and engage alumni


  • Have superior social media marketing and online communications skills

  • Have superior knowledge of SEO optimisation and Google Adwords

  • Knowledge with Squarespace and Mailchimp, and HTML / CSS considered a plus

  • Excellent management skills

  • Demonstrate understanding of the digital marketing space as well as the PWB brand goals

  • Have excellent communication skills (written and oral)

  • Be able to multitask and manage tasks efficiently

  • Be self-motivated and enthusiastic
