Founded in 2015, this NGO’s mission is to contribute towards raising the level, quality and equity of Talent Development for the people of Uganda, through promotions, training, development and job searching. This NGO focuses on empowering women in employment and agriculture, empowering women and youth to be advocates, encouraging and empowering women and children to access health services, and encouraging the use of green energies in their projects.

This project will take place in three project sites in Jinja and nearby Kamuli. More specifically, the incumbent will document: A water filtration and sanitation initiative; A motherhood, family planning, and maternal health clinic; Home visits with stakeholders/end users; Agriculture projects; Education projects; Vocation and life skills training programs; and a gender-based violence initiative.
Knowledge of and/or interest in disability rights and advocacy issues
Experience in overseas development
Experience travelling abroad in developing nations
Experience in photo-documentary or photojournalism
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
Adaptable to new and different situations, flexible and patient
