What you would be responsible for:
Online community-building. Help us ensure the best possible experience for our members by taking an interest in guiding them on their membership journey at PWB.
Welcome new members and re-engage renewing members.
Organize and execute monthly Storytelling for Change sessions and work with the Creative team to create our podcast.
Manage monthly Micro-Grants and celebrate monthly recipients on the community platform.
Keep the community platform updated and create weekly announcements from the PWB account as needed.
Support our members regularly and finding ways of keeping them engaged. This includes, but is not limited to, responding to questions and messages on the community platform and liking and commenting on member contributions, or sharing relevant resources.
Monitor the community platform to ensure the community code of conduct is followed in our accountable space.
Post weekly content such as welcomes, deadlines, grant opportunities, contests, celebrations, successes, events, keeping them informed of their membership benefits etc.
Attend our virtual weekly meetings (typically Wednesdays at 1:30pm ET).
