Today we celebrate Fernanda Pineda, Sonam Choekyi Lama, and Maureen Cathoni. These three photographers were not just selected for their talent, but for their profound connections to the communities they work with and their ability to create meaningful impact.These are more than photographers–they are cultural changemakers who are visually mapping collective liberation.

Our 2026 Revolutionary Storytellers are telling stories ranging from land and water protection, Indigenous science and wisdom, climate change, regeneration, and everything in between. Their work support grassroots, frontline communities with specific, measurable impact goals that relate land and/or water protection.
