FUNDRAISING & DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Paid Contract, 60 hours per month | 12 Months | Remote
A Fundraising & Development Manager (BDM) drives business growth by identifying new opportunities, building relationships, and executing strategies to expand a company's reach and revenue. They focus on strategic planning, sales, and relationship management, often involving market research, lead generation, and deal negotiation.

What you would be responsible for:
Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities:
This involves researching new markets, identifying potential clients, and developing strategies to generate leads.
Build and Maintain Relationships:
Cultivate strong relationships with both existing and potential clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
Develop and Execute Business Strategies:
They create and implement plans to expand the company's market presence and achieve sales targets.
Conduct Market Research:
Understanding market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs is crucial for identifying opportunities.
Negotiate and Close Deals:
Involved in negotiating contracts, pricing agreements, and securing partnerships.
Train and Mentor:
They may train and mentor sales or other teams, helping them improve their skills and achieve their goals.
Report and Analyze:
Track progress, analyze results, and report on business performance to ensure goals are being met.
