DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Paid Contract, 30 hours per month | 6 Months | Remote (must be US-based and have experience with US charities)
Development Manager drives growth by identifying new opportunities, building relationships, and executing strategies to expand reach and revenue. They focus on strategic planning, fundraising, and relationship management, often involving market research, lead generation, and completing grants.

What you would be responsible for:
Identify and Pursue New Opportunities:
This involves researching new markets, identifying potential clients, and developing strategies to generate leads.
Build and Maintain Relationships:
Cultivate strong relationships with both existing and potential clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
Develop and Execute Fundraising Strategies:
They create and implement plans to expand and achieve the organization's funding goals.
Conduct Market Research:
Understanding market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs is crucial for identifying opportunities.
Conduct Fundraising Activities:
Involved in negotiating contracts, pricing agreements, and securing partnerships.
Report and Analyze:
Track progress, analyze results, and report on performance to ensure goals are being met.
Attending our weekly Wednesday meetings starting at at 6:45pm EST (online).
